The Leadership Optimization Package is my flagship, comprehensive experience for physicians ready to make the transition from expert clinician to exceptional leader. Over nine months via video conferencing, you’ll understand leadership strengths, uncover the patterns that may be limiting your influence, and develop the character, connection, and leadership skills needed to lead with greater effectiveness and confidence.
What’s Included:
The Leadership Circle Profile: You’ll take the scientifically validated 360° leadership assessment that provides objective insight into your leadership strengths, reactive tendencies, and blind spots. I'll help you interpret the results and translate them into a practical development plan (video link).
Targeted Leadership Coaching: We’ll have twice-monthly deep-dive coaching sessions up to 1 hour each for the first 6 months, transitioning to monthly integration coaching sessions for the final 3 months. Three areas of focus:
🔥Firefighter: Immediate leadership challenges that need rapid attention—urgent decisions, difficult interactions, HR situations, or upcoming presentations.

CV Remodeling: Even exceptional physician leaders can have a curriculum vitae that no longer reflects their experience. Together, we’ll present your experience, accomplishments, and leadership strengths with clarity and impact. You’ll receive three rounds of professional layout and refinement.
Interview Preparation: From the initial recruiter email through the high-stakes panel interviews and the next-day follow-up, every interaction matters.
